Before Your Appointment

A few simple tips will help you have the best experience during your visit!

Under 12 Weeks

Please arrive with a full bladder. A full bladder can help provide the best possible view during an early ultrasound.

Please also plan to arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We do not have a large enough lobby to host multiple families and do ask you allow that extra time for the families that may have appointments before you.

No Food or Drinks in the Ultrasound Room

For the comfort and cleanliness of our studio, food and drinks are not permitted in the ultrasound room. We know that you may want to bring something to get baby active but treats and snacks need to be enjoyed 10-15 minutes before arrival to work!

Preparing for Your 3D/4D Ultrasound

Hydration is key mama! 💧

For the best possible 3D/4D images, we recommend drinking approximately 80–100 oz of water each day for 5–7 days before your appointment. This will DRASTICALLY effect your sweet baby’s images.

Staying well hydrated leading up to your appointment can make a big difference in image quality. Don't wait until the day of your appointment to start hydrating!

Children & Guests

We love sharing these special moments with your family! ❤️

If you are bringing children with you, please keep them with you and supervised at all times in both the lobby and ultrasound room. Our ultrasound room contains equipment and cords that can be delicate and should not be handled or climbed on. We do have a projector in our room for families to have the best viewing experience-please do not allow children to play with, look in or move the projector.

About 3D/4D Redos

We want you to leave with beautiful images of your little one! Because baby's position, movement and mama’s hydration can affect what we are able to capture, we offer one complimentary redo for your 3D/4D appointment when needed.

While we will always do our best to capture those sweet facial features and movements, specific poses or views cannot be guaranteed.

Finding Us

We are located at 3 N Jefferson Ave in downtown Cookeville, on the Square.

Our entrance faces the side entrance of the Market on the Square. If you're looking for parking, there is a public parking lot located behind our building.

Once you arrive, head up the sidewalk then up the stairs to our entrance and we'll be ready to welcome you!
